Citadel Strength was founded with one primary goal, to make bio-mechanically correct machines. The founder of Citadel Strength, Benjamin Norris, has been working in the industry for over 16 years, specialising in human biomechanics and was frustrated that every other machine he used, he had to jerry rig to make it either, bio-mechanically correct, line up properly with the line of pull for the muscle or, change the strength profile to what it should be. Every Citadel Strength machine has been designed in house and is built on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland by the two brothers behind the brand. Every piece is commercial grade and exceeds Australian standards.
